    uhhh… do u not understand that medicine doesn’t always take away all pain. And who wants to take Advil every freaking day of their life? It ruins your system. I’m glad that you don’t suffer from chronic pain that Advil won’t do shit for.

    it helps mine i massarge the muscle between the thumb and first finger and it seems to work i can feel presure being releesed also i use black seed oil to rub into my forehead works great .

    I get sinus headaches pretty regularly. I’ve quit taking medicine, because it does absolutely nothing. So I’m focusing more on natural types of relief. I bought a sinus mask that I pop in the microwave and put it over my eyes, and it works better than anything else. Massages do help for me also.

    What about allergies causing sinus headaches? You mentioned that, “if you don’t have a sinus infection, then you cant have a sinus headache…” But cant allergies cause the sinus pathways to swell and become inflamed and shut creating pressure which in turns gives you a terrible sinus headache?
